Eligibility and Participation

– Age and Consent: Participants must be 13 years or older. Minors require consent from a parent or guardian who consents to their internet use and participation on DreamsGrant.
– Responsible Use: Participants agree to use DreamsGrant in a responsible, ethical manner.

User Conduct and Responsibilities 

– Accountability: Users are responsible for their actions, content submissions, and adherence to these terms.
– Information Accuracy: Participants must provide accurate, truthful information for participation and delivery purposes.

Deserving Storytelling and GuessQuest Challenge

– Content Submission: Stories must be original, respectful, and appropriate. GuessQuest participants agree to adhere to the challenge rules.
– Winner Selection: Winners are chosen based on set criteria. Participants agree to accept the outcomes of votes or guesses without dispute.

Guidelines For Story Entry

– When submitting stories on DreamsGrant, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

– Respectful Language: Please refrain from using offensive or disrespectful language in your story submissions. Maintain a respectful tone throughout.

– Relevance: Ensure that your story is directly related to why you believe you need and deserve the item or need you’re requesting. Irrelevant or off-topic stories may not be considered.

– Clarity and Conciseness: Make your story clear and concise so that all readers can easily understand your request. Avoid ambiguity and get straight to the point.

– Honesty: Share your real-life experiences honestly. Authenticity is important for both the DreamsGrant community and our team.

– Impact: Highlight how fulfilling your dream item or need will positively impact your life. Explain the difference it will make and why it matters.

– No Duplicate Entries: Please refrain from submitting the same story multiple times. Duplicate entries may not be considered.

– Follow Community Rules: Familiarize yourself with our community rules and adhere to them. Stories that violate our rules may not be published.

– Privacy: Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in your stories. Focus on the essence of your request without revealing private details.

– Positive Engagement: Engage positively with other community members. Voting and supporting each other’s stories is encouraged.

– Respectful Feedback: If providing feedback on other stories, do so respectfully and constructively. Encourage a supportive community environment.

Donations and Item Quality

– Item Condition: Donated items must be clean, in good condition, and not excessively worn or used.
– Donor Responsibility: Donors are responsible for the accuracy of item descriptions and the quality of the items provided.

Voting Integrity

– Fair Voting: Votes must be cast honestly and without bias.
– Prohibited Practices: Vote manipulation or unethical voting practices are strictly prohibited.

Delivery and Fulfillment

– Delivery Options: Winners must select a delivery method. The terms for each option (Paid, Free, Self-Pickup) are detailed herein.
– Free Delivery Eligibility: Free delivery items are available to eligible participants as per the terms.

Free Delivery Terms

Free Delivery Eligibility and Restrictions
Designated Regions DreamsGrant offers free delivery for certain dream items, which is strictly limited to specific geographic locations or regions (“Designated Regions”) as announced per each item’s listing.

Eligibility Criteria

– Free delivery is available only to users who reside in or can provide a delivery address within the Designated Regions.
– The specific Designated Regions eligible for free delivery will vary and be specified for each relevant dream item listed on the DreamsGrant platform.

User Responsibility

– It is the user’s responsibility to review and understand the Designated Region for each item with free delivery before participating in the associated storytelling or GuessQuest Challenge.
– Users outside the Designated Regions are advised not to participate in the challenges for items with region-specific free delivery.

Non-Eligible Participants

– In cases where a user outside the Designated Regions participates and wins an item, DreamsGrant is unable to provide free delivery outside the specified areas.
– Such users may be given the option to provide a valid address within the Designated Region or opt for self-pickup if feasible. Alternatively, they may be required to pay for the delivery fee if they wish to receive the item outside the Designated Regions.

Limitation of Liability

– DreamsGrant shall not be held accountable if a user outside the Designated Regions wins an item but cannot provide a delivery address within these regions or is unable to opt for self-pickup.
– In such scenarios, the win may be deemed non-redeemable, and DreamsGrant reserves the right to disqualify the win and select an alternate winner or repurpose the item as deemed fit.

Fulfillment and Engagement Guidelines:

– Users can win an item weekly or even up to 3 times per week if they have increased activity.

– Every first-time user can win one item without any activity. After that, users must meet the following criteria to participate in the weekly winning:

– For a chance to win one item per week:
– Cast 5 votes.
– Comment 5 times.

– For a chance to win 2 items per week:
– Cast 15 votes.
– Make 10 comments.

– For a chance to win 3 items per week:
– Cast 10 votes.
– Make 5 comments.
– Donate at least once.

By participating in DreamsGrant, users agree to abide by these Fulfillment and Engagement Guidelines. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the disqualification of the user’s win or limitation of their winning frequency.

DreamsGrant reserves the right to enforce these guidelines and make changes as necessary.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

– By participating in DreamsGrant’s activities, users acknowledge and accept these free delivery terms.
– Users agree that DreamsGrant will not be liable for any inability to deliver items due to user residence outside the Designated Regions or failure to comply with these terms.

Intellectual Property

– Content Rights: User-generated content remains the property of the creator. DreamsGrant reserves the right to use such content for operational purposes.

Privacy and Data Handling

– Privacy Policy: The handling of personal data is governed by DreamsGrant’s Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
– Liability Limitations: DreamsGrant is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
